Standard Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise specified in writing, the following are our standard terms and conditions of purchase.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 2% 10th, net 30 days.  Litchfield-HangerLok reserves the right to add a 5% finance charge on and amounts that are delinquent by 15 days or more.

Minimum Billing

The minimum acceptable order value is $50.00 unless otherwise specified.

Freight and Shipping

Orders over $500 Net qualify for free shipping (FFA).  Only domestic US shipments qualify for free shipping.  Shipping company, method, and service are at the discretion of Litchfield-HangerLok.


Prices are subject to change unless protected by an official quotation for a specified period of time.  Only products and quantities identified on the quotation will receive price protection for specified time.  Otherwise, Litchfield-HangerLok will provide a minimum 30 days notice of any price increases.


Litchfield-HangerLok guarantees its products from manufacturing defects and other failure for use as stated for a period of 1 year from date of original purchase.  Litchfield-HangerLok reserves the right to limit warranty for installations that may be determined to be unsafe or outside the express listed use for its products.  The company recognizes that there may be external causes and/or environments in which the product may not operate to user expectations.  Any interchange of parts from other manufacturers voids any expressed warranty.

Litchfield-HangerLok products are inspected carefully.  However, it is impossible to detect all imperfections.  Our guarantee is to replace such merchandise as may prove to be defective if called to our attention within 30 days of shipping.  Litchfield-HangerLok may not be held responsible for any damages beyond the price of the material ordered.

Product obtained outside of Litchfield-HangerLok’s distribution channels are not covered by warranty.

Return Policy

Returns must be pre-authorized.  Upon approval, a RGA number will be assigned.  Call us at 888-443-3999 to obtain an RGA number.  All approved material must be returned on a freight prepaid basis, unless otherwise approved.

Only current items that have been purchased within the previous 6 months are eligible for return.  Items must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.  Shipments made to jobsites are not eligible for return.

RGA’s are void if material is not received within 30 days from authorization.

Returned material is subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless otherwise approved.

Upon receipt of returned material, a credit will be issued for future use.  Cash refunds are not issued.
